Who determines the tolerances of a cable’s technical values? Are these tolerances the same for every brand?
If a cable is manufactured according to a production standard and the conditions are defined there, then all companies are obliged to produce in compliance with it. However, in special productions made without a specific production standard, each company bases its work on its own production declarations.
