GENERAL EXPLANATIONS

In the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK Law”), personal data owners, defined as the data subject (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicant”), are granted the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data in Article 11 of the KVKK Law.

In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK Law; Applications regarding these rights must be submitted to our Company, which is the data controller, in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board ("Board"). In this context, applications to our Company in writing can be submitted by printing out this form and: * By the Applicant's personal application,* * Through a notary public,*

Information and documents related to the subject are attached to the application. The envelope will be marked "Information Request within the Scope of the Personal Data Protection Law".
In written applications, the date the document is delivered to the data controller or its representative is the application date.
In applications made by other methods; The date the application reaches the data controller is the application date.

Notification via notary
